Ivy Kidz is an early childhood enrichment program for children to build their creativity, critical thinking, communications, collaboration skills and confidence. Ivy Kidz was developed by educators who specialize in gifted education and parents who want to nurture a love of learning in children. Ivy Kidz welcomes all children because we believe each child would benefit from being challenged intellectually and exposed to the wonders of the world around them.
Enrichment Program: 1-day-a-week, 2-hour sessions, new topic every month, for ages 5 to 7.
Children meet once a week for two hours. The teachers cover a new subject every month and have specific learning objectives for each lesson. Teachers start each lesson with an introduction, then read a book which relates to the topic and build up to a creative activity like role-play or creating a masterpiece. The lesson wraps up with each child making a recording of what they have learned.
October: Visual Arts; November: Economics;

February: World Cultures; March: Physical Science; April: Music; May: Performing Arts

Preschool Supplement Program: 3-days-a-week, 2-hour sessions, for ages 4 to 5.
Children meet three times a week for two hours. The teachers cover a specific subject on each day of the week. Tuesdays are dedicated to exploring science, Wednesdays are dedicated to playing brain games and Thursdays are dedicated to taking technology adventures.
Little Kidz dance classes: 45 minutes, once-a-week, for ages 2 to 4.
We have two dance classes for the younger set: Hippity Hop and Pirates and Princesses.
