About Our Great Team

Elaine - Program Director
Elaine spent over twenty years working on Wall Street as controller for billion dollar private equity funds at Goldman Sachs (2006-2010) and Credit Suisse (1996-2004). Elaine and Lily have been creating educational programs first with International Ivy Summer Enrichment Programs and now bring the same spirit of creative and interactive programming to young children in Ivy Kidz.

Lily - Operations Director
Prior to founding International Ivy in 2011 and the Ivy Clubhouse in 2013, Lily held the position of Vertical Marketing Leader at Ingersoll Rand (2010-2011) and numerous roles at Pfizer (2001-2010) including Director of Worldwide Strategy and Innovation. She received her Bachelor of Science in Economics from University of Pennsylvania, the Wharton School, her Master in Business Administration from Harvard University, Harvard Business School and her Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of other Languages (TESOL) from Columbia University, Teachers College. She is a mother of three children.

Donna - Curriculum Director
Donna is an experienced teacher, principal, director of curriculum and instruction. Donna is currently adjunct professor at a number of colleges in New York and New Jersey. Donna has a Doctorate in Education and a Masters in Education for Administration and Supervision.

Nathan - Curriculum and Program Advisor
Nathan Levy (the author of Stories with Holes, Whose Clues?, and Nathan Levy's 100 Intriguing Questions) is president of the New Jersey Association for Gifted Children. In his thirty five years as a teacher and principal, Nathan worked directly with children, teachers and parents. He has developed unique teaching strategies that encouraged the love of learning. Mr. Levy has mentored more than thirty current principals and superintendents, as well as helped to train thousands of teachers and parents in better ways to engage children in learning.

Wendy - Teacher and Curriculum Contributor
Wendy has been teaching in both public and private schools and developing curriculum for gifted and talented education for many years. Wendy has a Masters Degree in Educational Psychology specializing in Gifted and Talented education from the University of Connecticut.

Susan - Teacher
Susan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business/Economics, a Masters Degree in Elementary Education and a Degree in the Culinary Arts. She has taught in a highly regarded local public school system and most recently had been substitute teaching while raising her children. Susan currently resides in Summit with her husband and two children.
