Welcome to The Video Game Creation Club
Video Game Creation Club (3rd-5th, 6th-8th grade)
The Video Game Creation Club is for game enthusiasts who would like to create their own video games and share game-making ideas with fellow club members. Beginner and advanced game-makers are welcome. At the beginning of each meeting, the coach will walk through a mini-lesson on how to develop a video game using the drag and drop programming of GameMaker software. Students will learn elements of a good game design. After the mini-lesson, students program their video games. After a student finishes his or her game, the student presents it to other club members.
